A word from the founder

“A great welcome shouldn't be improvised at 11 pm.”

I'm Nicolas. Since 2023 I've worked as an observability consultant: my job is to keep watch over IT systems and spot the smallest issue before it becomes a real problem. Six years in IT have taught me that a good tool is one nobody needs to have explained.

So, from just outside Paris, I applied the same idea to welcoming your guests: a book they actually open, that answers their questions before they even think of calling you, and that looks after every stay while you get on with your life.

Do my guests need to install an app?+

No. The book opens in their phone's browser, from a link or a QR code. Only the host uses the Nidélo app.

How much does Nidélo cost during the beta?+

Nothing: every feature is free until December 31, 2026, no credit card. Then your free month starts. When it ends, you choose a plan, or your books are paused, without losing anything.

Is my key box code protected?+

Yes: it only appears to the current guest, during their stay dates, then disappears.

Is Nidélo available on Android?+

The host app is on iPhone. The guest book opens on any phone.
